The challenge ahead As Product Manager Games, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing in Italy, your main responsibility will be to drive the EA Games videogames business across the Italian market in partnership with the local marketing and sales team and in accordance to the global marketing team.

You will manage and optimizes resource, ensuring Best in Class execution of local go to market plans for EA videogames in Italy: Battlefield Franchise, Titanfall Franchise, Mirrors’ Edge Catalyst, Mass Effect Franchise, Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare Franchise, Star Wars Battlefront Franchise, Need for Speed Franchise, The Sims Franchise and many others.

Key Job Responsibilities: + Takes on the local go to market for key franchises and ensures the execution of key strategic axes / tactics + Tracks achievements vs expectations of local GTM + Responsible for product sales growth and expand market share to obtain maximum profitability + Reinforce the EA games’ share of voice and market leadership in Italy, by acquiring new players, securing the conversion of Franchise veterans, and exceed local business objectives.

+ Works with a cross functional team around the EA franchises of EA GAMES to drive the overall marketing, communication, and media executions for the respective franchises.

+ Manage and centralize the information related to the different EA games that he/she is responsible for, by maintaining close contact with Central Marketing.

+ Provide clear and timely input into the creative process - ensuring local requirements are met.

+ Drive collaborative framework with internal team as well as external stakeholders such as 1st party partners, external media and communication agencies, as well as potential partner brands / leagues.

+ Be accountable for the accurate spending of the EA GAMES marketing budget + Tracks in-game player metrics, ST metrics and communication metrics to assess the audience’ purchase and playing behaviors in order to analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, as well as adequately anticipate and boost sales + Optimizes strategic partnerships with key brands and media outlets.

Experience Required: + Higher Education and/or Postgraduate studies in Marketing or Economics and Business + Min 3-5 years of experience in product marketing management in a global company.

Experience in videogames/entertainment is a strong plus.

+ Excellent command of both written and spoken English, other languages an advantage + Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and Internet + Behaviours / Competencies: + Deep knowledge and passion for the video games category + Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills + Goal oriented, problem solver, self-motivated.

Team player with positive and proactive attitude + Good project management, presentation and communication skills + Knowledge of marketing dynamics, strategies and execution at all levels of the marketing mix + Proven ability in driving strategic relationships with media, brand, licensing-based, and talent/agency-based affiliates + Good internal networker, able to work collaboratively in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organisation *LI-CQ1
