Facebook is looking for a Regional Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies and adoption of Facebook's Brand solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience working with sales and cross-functional teams to drive product adoption among advertisers and agencies.

Success in this position requires a strong understanding of advertising products to meet customer objectives, a data-driven approach to identify growth opportunities, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional, dynamic environment.

This is a full-time position based in our Paris or Milan office.

**Responsibilities:** * Partner with regional sales leadership, global business marketing and product marketing managers to drive product adoption and revenue growth for our Brand solutions * Collaborate with headquarter based Product Marketing Managers to help roll out new advertising products and feature enhancements * Drive best practice implementation of Brand Solutions.

* Build and execute against regional business plan and be accountable to product adoption goals * Effectively communicate with sales leadership and customers to distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products * Partner with the Business Marketing team to develop and drive go-to-market through various channels (including PR, events, speaking opportunities, etc) * Develop product adoption program for both internal (sales) and external (clients, agencies and Marketing Partners) audiences **Requirements:** * Solid experience with brand advertising across display, ad networks and/or search * Has demonstrated product marketing expertise in the web and mobile advertising and the ability to contribute at strategic and tactical levels * Understanding of digital marketing, AV, the industry & client objectives * Experience working with Creative/Media Agencies with a comprehensive understanding of their planning tools * Analytical skills and desire to solve complex problems with data * Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers * Customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity * Strong communication and presentation skills * Is a flexible cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment * Business level spoken French/Italian/Spanish a plus.
